🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

🪪 Guest Registration

All guests must provide valid identification (Passport or Emirates ID) prior to check-in, in accordance with Dubai Tourism regulations.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

👥 Maximum Occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking confirmation.

Additional unregistered guests are not permitted.

🚫 No Parties or Events

Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events are allowed.

Cala Stays properties are located in residential communities with building regulations that must be respected.

Violation of this rule may result in:
• Immediate termination of stay
• Loss of security deposit
• Possible fines from building management

🔊 Noise Policy

Guests must keep noise levels respectful at all times.

Quiet hours are typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in line with Dubai residential community rules.

🚭 No Smoking

All Cala Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).

A cleaning penalty fee will apply for smoking inside the property.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

🧹 Care of the Property

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property and furnishings with care
• Report any damages immediately
• Leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure

Excessive cleaning, damages, or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

💳 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.

The deposit covers:
• Damages
• Missing items
• Excessive cleaning
• Violation of house rules

Deposits are refunded within 7–14 business days following inspection.

⚖️ Compliance with UAE Law

Guests must comply with all applicable UAE laws and community regulations during their stay.

Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.

🔑 Loss of Keys / Access Cards

Lost keys or access cards may incur replacement and security reprogramming fees as determined by building management.
